Privacy Policy

AXIS is developed by A2SH. This policy explains how AXIS handles your information. The short version: it doesn't collect any.

We do not collect your data

AXIS does not collect, transmit, store on our servers, sell, or share any personal information. We have no servers. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no email list, and no way for us to identify you.

The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.

Data stored on your device

AXIS saves the following locally on your device, so the game remembers where you left off:

• Level progress and completion times
• Game settings, such as tilt sensitivity and audio preferences
• Gameplay statistics, such as attempts and best times

This information never leaves your device. It is not backed up to us, not readable by us, and not associated with your identity. Deleting AXIS removes all of it permanently.

Motion data

AXIS reads your device's gyroscope and accelerometer through Apple's CoreMotion framework. This is how you steer the sphere — tilting your device is the only control input the game has.

Motion data is used solely to move the sphere in real time. It is processed entirely on your device, is never recorded, never stored, and never transmitted anywhere.

Tracking

AXIS does not track you. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), we do not fingerprint your device, and we do not share any data with data brokers or advertising networks. AXIS does not request permission to track you across apps or websites, because it has no reason to.

Network access

AXIS is a fully offline game. It makes no network requests and functions identically with your device in Airplane Mode.

Children

AXIS is safe for players of all ages. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children, and it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code by design.

Purchases

AXIS is free to download, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. There is no payment of any kind, so we never receive or process payment information about you.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, amend, or erase. Data stored on your device is under your control and is removed when you delete the app.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of AXIS adds a feature that changes how data is handled — for example Game Center leaderboards or iCloud sync — we will update this policy and change the effective date above before that version is released.
